I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic with a view of the Empire State Building from our window, providing a warm and comfortable setting. However, I found the lack of certain amenities like a fridge a bit disappointing. The hotel did offer all the necessary perks like a coffee machine, safe, TV with plenty of channels, a mini fridge, and bathroom amenities.

I found the service to be hit or miss. While some staff members were very friendly, others were not generally friendly or helpful. The location, however, was great, being close to Penn Station and having amenities like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance.

The location of the hotel was what I loved the most about it. It's just across from Madison Square Garden, within walking distance of the Empire State Building, Times Square, and other must-see places. It also offers easy access to the subway with connections uptown and downtown.

The dining experience was a bit disappointing. We found the diner to be of poor value, and we were told we were not entitled to certain options. However, we enjoyed the Dim Sum during our stay.
